TARIFF

£220 per night for 2+ night stay based on double occupancy including tea on arrival and breakfast.

£280 per night if only staying one night.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
To make a booking we require a 50% deposit made payable by debit or credit card. Alternatively a BACS transfer where full payment of your first night is required. By booking your stay at Hesleyside Hall it is considered the establishment of a legal contract and you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ARRIVAL
All rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival. Please inform us of your intended arrival time.

DEPARTURE
All rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. All rooms should be left in good order. Keys must be handed back to a member of staff on departure.

RATES
Rates are per room per night. If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the Booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay (unless otherwise stated).
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect bookings already made.

CANCELLATION BY YOU
Deposits will not be returned for cancellations. Full payment will be required if cancel within 10 days of your booking or in the event of a no-show. We will take all events and circumstances into consideration and treat every issue on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATION BY US
Extreme Conditions: Hesleyside Hall reserves the right to cancel a holiday or transfer you to alternative accommodation on site or nearby at short notice if for unforeseeable circumstances we are unable to provide safe accommodation at Hesleyside due to extreme conditions, ill health, fire or administration or any other extenuating circumstance. Under such unlikely circumstances your full payment will be returned.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

Should any significant damage or breakage occur during the period of your stay you will be held responsible for and must make good. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where rooms has been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, spillage, interference in the structure, movement of furniture and contents etc.
Please take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly.

NEGLIGENCE
Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alteration to Hesleyside Hall or other parts of the site caused by negligence.

CONDUCT
We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other
guests.

CHILDREN
We accept children over 12 years old. You are responsible for children at all times. Hesleyside Hall accepts no responsibility for injury incurred at Hesleyside.

LIABILITY
Hesleyside Hall accepts no responsibility for injury incurred on Hesleyside Estate.
We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors
whilst acting in the course of employment.

STOLEN PROPERTY
You are responsible for your property including car whilst you are staying at Hesleyside Hall and we do not accept any responsibility for your personal affects.


KEYS

You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you when you register on arrival. You have full responsibility of these keys for the duration of your
stay. Lost keys will be charged at £30.00 per set.


NO SMOKING POLICY

The Hall holds a strict NO SMOKING POLICY and smoking in any of our rooms will result in a fine of up to £100 in order to clean to a satisfactory standard. Anyone who smokes outside of the Hall is responsible
for disposing of their cigarette butts in a bin and NOT littering the surrounding area of the Hall.


GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT

 No recorded music after 10pm
 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please respect the natural environment and neighbours
 No Dogs are permitted or other pets
 Please leave your accommodation and the surroundings as you found it
The owners have the right to take matters further if this code is not respected.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Hesleyside is a family home, please respect the private areas and we ask guests not to take photos or video without permission.
Please ensure doors are closed and locked if entering using your access key fob.
The house alarm is active overnight.

NO FIRE POLICY:
Fires are restricted to the guest library only. No open fires are allowed in any of the bedrooms

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:
Hesleyside guest bedrooms are not suitable for wheelchair access.
A ramp and disabled toilet are provided on the ground floor.

GENERAL
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By making a Booking, You consent to this processing of information and the transfer of Your information to the accommodation business You have selected as well as the booking channel through which Your booking originated Complaints Procedure If you wish to make a complaint about eviivo, our services or any associated matter, you may contact us by telephone, email or letter. Wherever possible, complaints will be dealt with promptly, and You will receive a response within14 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may choose to escalate the complaint internally by contacting our Customer Support Manager at info@eviivo.com. A response to an escalated complaint will also be made within 7 working days. eviivo Limited



Wi-Fi Access
By using our Wi-Fi Service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of use below (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Service.
Internet Services
Hesleyside Hall (“we” / “our” / “us”) provides you with access to the internet in most parts of the building. By accessing the service using any medium you are agreeing to obey the terms and conditions listed below (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the terms, please do not access the service.
Fair Use
We would like to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable internet experience whilst staying with us. We have therefore implemented a ‘fair use’ policy to ensure that we can continue to provide a fast and reliable service.
We may monitor the performance of our network and the use of it by our guests. If we notice that a guest is using it in excess of what is expected from reasonable normal use and where such excessive use is affecting other guests, particularly during busy times, we may restrict usage. If you do not use file sharing software or download large files from the internet then you should not be affected by our fair use policy. However, if it becomes clear that heavy downloading, peer-to-peer networking, or excessive streaming (i.e. more than simply streaming programme content from websites such as BBC iPlayer, 4 On Demand, or itv.com) is taking place then we may contact you to ask you to reduce your use to allow our other customers to share the system fairly. If you continue to do so, or if you persistently exceed normal use to the extent that it affects our network and other user’s enjoyment of the service, then we reserve the right to restrict or deny you access to the network.
Our Obligations to You

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that you are provided with, uninterrupted service 24 hours a day. We will not be liable however, for any reason if the service is not available at any time for any period, nor for any loss of data or damage to the equipment you suffer as a result of using our service. We may suspend access at any time and for any reason, including routine or emergency maintenance of the servers. For this reason we strongly recommend that you regularly save any work you are doing whilst using the service.
Your Obligation to Us

The service we provide is intended to be used for general purposes, including accessing the World Wide Web, email, messaging services and chat rooms. You undertake to us that you will use the services responsibly and that you will behave in a lawful, honest and proper manner when accessing the services. Without prejudice to any other provision of this agreement, we may terminate your use of the service at any time without notice if we become aware of any behaviour that has a negative effect on our equipment or network or the use by other customers of our equipment or network or the internet in general, or which damages, or has the potential to damage, our reputation.

Without prejudice to the generality of the paragraph above, you may not: use the service for any illegal purpose (including but not limited to breaching any intellectual property or computer misuse legislation and downloading or uploading any illegal material); send any unsolicited commercial email (or “spam”) or any activity relating to it; carry out any “hacking” activities such as attempting to access systems without authorization or carry out denial of service attacks.
Breach of Agreement

We shall investigate any suspect breach of the agreement by you, and reserve the right to take such action as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate, including suspension or withdrawal of the service with immediate effect and without notice to you.

You acknowledge that use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
The service is provided on an “as-available” basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we hereby exclude all and any warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in respect of the service and the content or data obtained or downloaded from it.
Without prejudice to the foregoing generality we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, and secure of error free at all times or will meet your requirements; and we are not responsible for security, integrity, accuracy, suitability or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using the service.
The disclaimer within this paragraph does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
