The safety and wellbeing of our Guests and Staff is the most important thing to us. During Coronavirus will be taking extra measures to keep you and Staff safe during your stay and ensure that you can relax and get the nature break you really need.
1. Follow Government cleaning advice for non-healthcare environments
• Rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of all spaces with emphasis on highly touched, hard surfaces.
• Check in strictly after 4pm and check out strictly by 10am to allow Staff sufficient time to carry out deep cleaning
• Were practical, huts will be left vacant before re-use
• All linen will be washed using the hottest water setting before a guest’s arrival.
2. Enable self-check ins and practice social distancing during stay
• Guests will stay without coming into contact anyone at Hesleyside Huts
3. Have measures in place to allow guests to practice good hygiene throughout their stay
• All spaces will be stocked with necessary disinfectant, cleaning supplies, hand sanitisers and soap
• Where possible, other measures to reduce risks will be taken. For example, highly touched items such as guest books will be removed, and information will be provided digitally instead.
• Guests will be asked on departure to place all their used linen and towels in special plastic bags for safe removal and washing by Staff
• Guests will be asked to open windows on their departure to air huts in advance of cleaning.
